In live chat if your customer tried to chat with you at 2 am night and you are not online then there is no way you can contact them but in whatsapp chat,if they contacted you, you have their whatsapp number so you can reply whenever you are online. so most store owner loves whatsapp chat

Give your number and save it.Please check in incongito mode because browser cache may show old page which is still not loaded the chat. if chat is working in incongito then it will be visible to your all customer

Go to mobile number setting and choose this option to enable Here is screenshot and it will add page url from where customers are chatting

Go to text setting and first option is text which allows you to label your chat.if you dont want any label just delete this text (chat with us or anything else there) and save and only icons will show

Under mobile number setting go to chat widget setting and choose chat type which is direct chat. Here is screenshot

There are 9 types of chat, and several types of chat supports multiple operator. go to mobile number setting-> then chat widget setting - choose chat type which supports multiple chat Here is screenshot

When you save FAQ, we warn you in red that you need to save in main dashboard also, main dashboard is the interface which opens when you click on app icon in shopify admin. if you are trying to edit FAQ now, it may be previous tab open. just save there also and it will work Here is screenshot

Chat is 100% free forever but if you want to use autoamted messages for cart recovery, tracking updates, order confirmation, cash on delivery confirmation, promotional messages then it is charged by whatsapp to stop spam. but dont worry, by default these things are disabled. if you want to use you need to go to our abandoned cart page, top right click on upgrade and fill some money then it will go. so there is no way we can bill you. its sort of prepaid plan. chat remains free forever
